• The school will be using the Google meet and school website to conduct the tests.
• The maximum marks for each subject will be 20.
• The paper will be uploaded on school website and the link of it given through Whats app number on the day of exam at 8:20 am. Students are required to type their name and select the std. to mark their attendance from 8:20 am. ( Note : Name and Std. should remain same at the time of downloading the subject paper and uploading the answer script on the website. )
• Students should keep ready and be seated in front of their devices at least 10 minutes before the exam commences. Admission to the Google meet will be denied after 08:35 am.
• Timings for the examination will be from 08:30 am to 09:30 am. It includes 10 minutes of reading time.
• Students should write answers to each question on A4 separate sheet.
• 09:30- 09:50 Scanning, uploading and submission of subject paper on given Whats app link (School Website). The answer sheets must be submitted by 9:50 am. The given link (School website) for the subject will be deactivated after 09:50 am.
• The picture of the answer sheets, to be uploaded, should be clear and legible. (As a PDF /JPG).
• It is mandatory for all the students to switch on their Camera for the entire duration of the exam.
